THREE TIMES THIS YEAR, PLASTIC LINES HAVE RUPTURED CAUSING WATER DAMAGE TO MULTIPLE UNITS.
If you are not sure about your lines, Maintenance will check for plastic at no charge. (Charge only if we do the replacement work)

 

06/13/08 New Owners Only website.

As as discussed in the last meeting, a new Owners Only Web Site is available.  http://www.summit-resorts.com/lm

Please go to that site and register. This will allow us to have in a secure site with e-mail addresses for as many of our owners as possible. The program is “self administering” which means if you lose your password the system will respond with an e-mail. All owners will have the ability to change their information and e-mail address as necessary.
Currently Minutes of the past meetings are available, however I hope to move most of this site to the new "secured site" in the next couple of months. For the next few weeks you can register openly and I will try to match your information to the owner records so only confirmed owners access the site. After this period a special password will be needed to register.
